We are proud to announce that WorkforceVision has been named a finalist in the UK Business Tech Awards 2026 in the Best Use of Innovation category.
Our shortlisted entry — Reinventing Organisation Design with AI and Data — recognises how we are transforming static organisation charts into interactive, data-driven decision tools inside Microsoft Power BI.
What we entered
WorkforceVision Org Chart Drag & Drop is a new approach to workforce planning. Built within Power BI, the platform enables organisations to model, test, and optimise their workforce structure in real time. Users can simulate organisational changes — restructuring teams, adjusting spans of control, or reallocating headcount — and instantly see the financial and operational impact.
Traditionally, organisational design has been a manual, spreadsheet and presentation-driven process, often taking weeks and requiring multiple disconnected tools across HR and Finance. Many organisations still build org charts manually in PowerPoint, creating static outputs that are difficult to maintain and quickly become outdated. Our innovation replaces that process with a dynamic, data-connected solution embedded directly in the analytics platform teams already use.
The problem we solve
Organisational design is a critical but historically inefficient process. Companies regularly undergo restructures driven by cost pressures, growth, mergers, or strategic change — yet the tools supporting those decisions are often fragmented and outdated.
